0CCULT Umbra is a product of creative impulsiveness. The “Abandon Humanity” Oversized Tee was torn apart and reinterpreted as a custom crop top. This deconstructed Tee is proof that we are capable of finding meaning within meaning. By merging similar, complimentary essences, it is possible to unlock a new perspective that expands the meaning itself.
“Umbra” in Latin translates to “Shadow”. The “Abandon Humanity” Tee from the Good+Bad+Ugly Collection was crafted to carry the message that society must abandon conformity and the socially accepted way of living and embrace “0CCULT” which is the true authentic self including one’s repressed qualities. Both Good and Evil, existing in harmony within the same living breathing corpse. This idea hints at the presence of an individual’s shadow integrated correctly with their self. “0CCULT Umbra” stands as a vessel of synchronicity to convey the same idea as “Abandon Humanity” with clever wordplay.
